Main  scripture was taken from (Eph 4:23-27). How we have to be renewed in the spirit of our mind, which can only come through the word of God (vs 23) by applying it to our life.

Putting on the new man which is created according to God in the true righteousness and holiness (vs 24), therefore put away Lying (every deceitful way), let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor, for we are members of one another (vs 25).

Be angry and Sin not, do not let the sun go down on your wrath, (Don't go to bed angry, because you will wake up with not just anger, but all the other spirits that go along with that). When anger is hidden in your bosom (Heart), not only are there spiritual  issues, it also brings about physical, mental and emotional issues. It effects you totally and the more we hold on to anger, it becomes bitterness, which is rottenness to our bones. Then we have to deal with arthritis, bursitis, ulcers etc. (vs 26).

Give no place to the evil (vs 27), when we refuse to do the word of God, we give the enemy (Satan) a foothold into our live's. We have to close up every crack so he has no place to come in an destroy us with his evil wicked work.
